IN GENERAL

FRANKLY JUICE A/S sells freshly squeezed juice. The terms apply between the individual user and FRANKLY JUICE A/S.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between FRANKLY JUICE A/S and one natural person (hereinafter the "User") regarding the Service. Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and live in Denmark may enter into an agreement with FRANKLY JUICE A/S regarding the Service.

These Terms collectively constitute the agreement that is valid between the User and FRANKLY JUICE A/S.

In order to access the Service, the User must read and accept the trading conditions.

SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

The service gives the User access to FRANKLY JUICE A/S's services determined at the time of ordering.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

In order to access the Service, the user must register a user account on the portal.

REGISTRATION AND USER ACCESS

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

When registering, the User must provide a username and password (hereinafter "Login Information"). The user's login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The user must store the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.

If the User suspects illegal use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify FRANKLY JUICE A/S and change their password.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees for use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the price list available on the website from time to time.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

The user must make the payment for the subscription via the means of payment offered by FRANKLY JUICE A/S on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds for payment available via the selected payment method on each payment date.

ADAPTATIONS AND CHANGES

FRANKLY JUICE A/S reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the Service. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the User does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obviously to the benefit of the User apply immediately without the right of termination for the User.

UNSUBSCRIBE

Termination of the Service can be done at the end of the payment period of 2 weeks from the last payment. To cancel your agreement, you must use the link provided on the account page or contact FRANKLY JUICE A/S via frankly@franklyjuice.dk

PAYMENT

FRANKLY JUICE A/S accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website are in Danish kroner including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.

FRANKLY JUICE A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

FRANKLY JUICE A/S's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

DELIVERY

When purchasing in FRANKLY JUICE A/S's webshop, you can choose between the following options for delivery and collection:

• Customers in and around Copenhagen (as well as parts of North Zealand) we deliver straight to the door with an unbroken cold chain. The price for delivery will appear in the purchase process, where you can also get confirmation whether we deliver to your postcode.
• Collection from our warehouse in Brøndby. (For free)

We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, and in the order you can choose which day and time period you want delivered. Collection can take place during our office hours, which will be shown on your order confirmation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is no right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop, as the goods are of such a nature that, according to Danish legislation, a right of return cannot or should not be granted.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to FRANKLY JUICE A/S to assess the condition of the goods.

CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with FRANKLY JUICE A/S, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with FRANKLY JUICE A/S and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of FRANKLY JUICE A/S have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with FRANKLY JUICE A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: frankly@franklyjuice.dk as well as the website on which you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
