We primarily use second grade fresh ingredients and all fruit and vegetables are organic. It is for your sake, and for the benefit of the environment. Ecology ensures that we save the groundwater and the soil in general from the encounter with pesticides, and it is a great value for us to be able to make a positive contribution in that direction. At the same time, it benefits you in the form of completely pure and natural juice.

The HPP machine is our secret superhero.

'HPP' stands for 'High Pressure Processing' and is a high pressure treatment that helps
with keeping the juice durable and
healthy.

The HPP plant sends the juice on a cold trip through a chamber of water where it is exposed
pressure too high. This eliminates potentially harmful pathogens, fungal spores and bacteria,
and we maintain the high nutritional content.

Cold pressing is a gentle method by which you can extract juice from fruit and vegetables while preserving as much natural flavor and nutrition as possible. We press with large, specially designed machines for this purpose and therefore have the opportunity to extract a completely unique quality of juice from the raw material.

In addition, our pressery is cooled to 2 degrees, to provide the best conditions for the raw materials, so that we can offer you the best juice product.

The cold chain is extremely important in connection with the production of completely fresh juice productions, as it has a positive effect on the preservation of taste, color and nutrients.

All our products are cold-pressed. Except for the citrus fruits (orange, lemon and lime). They are harvested and pressed at their destination before being transported to our pressery in Denmark.
